No. The property page complements your portal listing. You can send your client a direct link to the property presentation, share it on social media or put the QR code on printed materials. This way the client can browse the listing comfortably, without competitors’ ads on the same page.

Photos of the property, a description of the listing (or a few sentences we can write it from) and the basic details, such as price, floor area, number of rooms and the agent’s contact details, are all we need. If you have a floor plan, we will add it to the photo gallery. If the listing is already published on a portal, you can simply send us the link to it.

Yes, by prior arrangement. By default, the page is published at a Dawo Studio address (on the fhdawo.eu domain). If you would like to use your agency’s own domain, please contact us before placing your order.

The page is ready within 24 hours of receiving the complete materials. If important information or photos are missing, we will contact you to fill in the gaps.

Yes. You can send us ready-made photos of the property and order just the property page. Photo retouching is an additional service that can be ordered separately from our price list.

The page stays online for 6 months from publication. 14 days before the end, we ask whether the listing is still current. Just confirm it and we will extend it free of charge for another 3 months, as many times as needed. Without confirmation, the page shows a notice that the listing is no longer current, together with your contact details, and after another 6 months we delete it completely, including the photos. After the sale, you can ask us at any time to mark the page as “Sold” or take it offline.

No. We host the page ourselves, included in the price.

Yes. Each language version is a “Listing translation” add-on, and the buyer switches language with one click.
