If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we process the data in your message (name, phone number or email address, content) in order to reply and fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and we keep the data needed for invoicing in accordance with tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We count page visits and button clicks without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We only record the page address, the date, the name of the website you came from and the type of click (e.g. “Pay”, WhatsApp, e-mail). This information cannot be used to identify you.
Property photos sent to us for editing are used solely to complete your order. We only publish examples on this website with the client’s consent.
Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. You give your card or bank account details directly to Stripe, and we never see them. We receive your name, e-mail address, billing address, your company’s tax number if applicable, and the payment details, so that we can fulfil your order and issue an invoice (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
