The toughest cases: dark, crooked, full of stuff. First the retouch with decluttering (same furniture and walls), then a visualisation of the same room after renovation.
Even decent listing photos benefit: brighter interiors, true colours, straight lines, the view through the window instead of a white glare. We never add anything that isn’t there.
From the edited photos we make two 30-second videos: horizontal (YouTube, website, property portals) and vertical (Reels, TikTok, Stories), with calm music and room captions.
